Task Coach is usually a simple todo manager to handle personal tasks and todo databases. It grew out of Frank's frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus notes, do not provide conveniences for composite tasks. normally, tasks and other things todo encompass several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite jobs. Task Coach is made by Frank Niessink in addition to Jerome Laheurte, with help of each person providing translations. Many people use it each and every day, but there are still loads of features missing.
Task Coach currently has the following features:
Creating, editing, as well as deleting tasks and subtasks.
Tasks possess a subject, description, priority, get started date, due date, a completion date and an optional reminder. Tasks can recur on a daily, weekly or regular basis.
Tasks can be viewed as a list or as a tree.

Tracking time used up on tasks. Tasks might have a budget. Time spent will be displayed by individual effort interval, by day, by 1 week, and by month.
the Task Coach file formatting (. tsk) is XML.
assignments, notes, effort, and categories is often exported to HTML and also CSV (Comma separated format). Effort might be exported to iCalendar/ICS format also.
Tasks, effort, notes, and categories is often printed. When printing, Task Coach prints the internet that is visible inside current view, including virtually any filters and sort order.
